During his tenure, he led efforts to significantly expand program services and funding, including a 200% increase in financial support through strategic partnerships and advocacy. Carter’s fatherhood work continues through his consulting firm, Consult Cadence Solutions, where he advises organizations on program development, community outreach, and father engagement strategies. Through this firm, Carter remains committed to providing fathers with the tools they need to actively participate in their children’s lives while addressing the financial and personal challenges they may face. A nationally recognized speaker, Carter has presented on fatherhood engagement, restorative justice, and public policy at conferences and events across the country. His experience and passion for fatherhood advocacy drive his mission to foster stronger families and communities by equipping fathers with the knowledge and resources to succeed.
