Jermaine Kamau is a seasoned Educational Specialist and Consultant with over 20 years of experience empowering youth and organizations through leadership development and career readiness programs. As the principal consultant for Consult Cadence Solutions, Jermaine designs innovative, scalable tools for workforce development, helping youth programs and employers build strong, future-ready teams. He works alongside both experts and beginners, inspiring and motivating them to network, collaborate, and work independently. Jermaine also serves as a mentor for new school administrators, guiding them through leadership challenges. Additionally, he volunteers his services to local community organizations—both secular and non-secular—driven by his commitment to seeing people thrive. His mission is simple: to elevate the next generation by equipping them—and their mentors—with the tools to succeed.

Carter W. Patterson is a dedicated leader in fatherhood engagement and advocacy, with over a decade of experience empowering fathers through education, support, and community-focused initiatives. As the former Vice President of Programs at The Father Center of New Jersey, Carter has helped countless fathers navigate challenges such as child support, employment, and family relationships. During his tenure, he led efforts to significantly expand program services and funding, including a 200% increase in financial support through strategic partnerships and advocacy. Carter’s fatherhood work continues through his consulting firm, Consult Cadence Solutions, where he advises organizations on program development, community outreach, and father engagement strategies. Through this firm, Carter remains committed to providing fathers with the tools they need to actively participate in their children’s lives while addressing the financial and personal challenges they may face. A nationally recognized speaker, Carter has presented on fatherhood engagement, restorative justice, and public policy at conferences and events across the country. His experience and passion for fatherhood advocacy drive his mission to foster stronger families and communities by equipping fathers with the knowledge and resources to succeed.
